The grace of God and the free gift of righteousness (right standing) was made available so we can share God’s Life with him.

Romans 5:21 KJV 'That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.'

⁃ Now, having been reconciled to God, we are being preserved, protected and being made whole by this very Life of God imparted into our recreated Spirit

Romans 5:10 KJV ’For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved (preserved, protected, safe, whole) by his life. '

Many have popularly explained the above verse with Hebrews 7:25 , Jude 1:24 etc and they are most certainly correct in part, but there is much more included in the package and better explained by the below verse:

Ephesians 2:5 KJV 'Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened (NLT: given life to) us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) '

⁃ Notice: quickened (NLT: given life to) us; thIs is the essential component of life vitality and vigor imparted into your Spirit at new birth.

⁃ Every born again child of God is expected to live the resurrected life of Christ. Romans 6:4 'Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. '

⁃ Seriously, we as children of God should walk in the newness of the resurrected life of Christ - resurrected life of Christ?

Colossians 3:1-3 'If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. '

⁃ Let your faith increase exponentially by the awarenesses that you share Gods life with him and let this form part of your daily consciousness and confessions of faith.

1 John 5:13 KJV ’These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. '.

12 Key Highlights to Note About this God kind of Life:

1. Eternal Life is a Gift from God:

Romans 6:23 'For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.\’)

2. Why eternal life ? 'This "Life" force and vitality is giving so we can have relationship with God and Jesus Christ his Son. In other words no one can know God without it (One is disconnected, alienated or figuratively Dead:)

"John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent."

3. This is the very “Life” that runs through God himself:

(John 5:26 ' For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; ')

4. Every "Born Again" christian has this life, it is not a promise but rather an immediate deliverable when one gives his natural life to God:

(1 John 5:11-13 ’And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life)

5. This God Kind of Life is given so we can share of God's divine nature:

(2 Peter 1:3-4 KJV 'According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. ')

6. The Spirit of God releases this Vital life force in our recreated Spirit continuously:

(John 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life

The Spirit of God is the living water that springing up into everlasting life (John 7:38-39, John 4:10)

(John 6:63 NLT 'The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life. ')

7. This Life Eternal provides continuous health to our Mortal bodies and protects us from sicknesses and diseases if we continue walking in the Spirit:

(ROMANS 8:11 AMP 'And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit, who lives in you. ')

(Galatians 6:8 KJV 'For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. ') Also see 2 Corinthians 4:10-12

8. This vital force of life provides light unlimited to our path, you will never be confused in any given situation and you will always have clear direction:

John 1:4 'In him was life; and the life was the light of men.'

John 8:12 'Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.'

9. This vital life force (eternal life) enables us to love God, love the brethren and our neighbours as God loves us:

1 John 3:14-16 'We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.'

10. This eternal life should continuously form part of our continuous profession of faith:

1 Timothy 6:12 'Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold (Seize) on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.'

11. As children of God we are also life givers through the Spirit, we are ministers of the Spirit Life:

1 CORINTHIANS 15:45,48 AMP 'So it is written [in Scripture], “The first man , Adam, became a living soul (an individual);” the last Adam (Christ) became a life-giving spirit [restoring the dead to life]. As is the earthly man [the man of dust], so are those who are of earth; and as is the heavenly [Man], so are those who are of heaven. '

2 Corinthians 3:6 'Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

12. When we spread the Gospel we shed light on this God kind of life and immortality:

2 Timothy 1:10 'But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel: '

2 Corinthians 3:6 'Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Obviously, this life eternal is not limited to these 12 points but trust me this 12 points alone may take a life time to be fully understood by most and many may never do till we meet the Lord face to face.

And as you meditate on these, you’d be not only ready to minister the Spirit life (2 Corinthians 3:6), but also, your joy will be full (1 John 1:4 (KJV)

Now as in Acts 5:20 Now 'Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the Words of this life. '
